Funny truths about life in "little dot" Singapore.... just for laugh

1. Nite - sleep with air-con; Day - bathe with heater on [heeheee... i do that...brrrrrr]

2. Nite - cannot sleep; Morning - cannot wake up [i snooze the alarm till it can snooze no more >.<]

3. Smell of rubbish besides letterboxes; rubbish inside letterbox [i dont open letterbox... so sniff no rubbish]

4. Sporean never like to vote, but like to complain [still underage to vote... but old enough to complain]

5. There are quite a few high-tech barbaric singaporeans
- they know how to use state-of-the art equipment, 3g mobile phone and powerful computers but they dunno how to use a simple dustbin or a toilet [hmmmm.... interesting... my conclusion... guys just cant aim well... haha..]

6. Half Sporeans rushed to buy Hello kitty, but the other half busy killing stray cats [heart-less people]

7. Chewing Gum - can chew, cannot buy?? (restricted to buying) [ha...i got my source... from across the causeway XD]

8. Cigarettes - convenient to buy; not convenient to smoke [bottomline... dont pick up smoking]

9. Cars - cheaper and cheaper to buy, harder and harder to maintain [still cant afford it now... ]

10. Education - teachers teaching less but expects students to learn more [awwwww... tell me about it... T.T ]

OH btw, tomorrow is the start of the fasting month... i will be deprived of food from dawn to dusk... and the first day of fasting is always the toughest... so be prepared... i might collapse on you tomorrow.. hahahaha..

oh no... tomorrow back to schoool... i am just not ready for school again... altho i am longing to see all my SExy SEians...

this whole week just whizzed by too quickly... nothing exciting really... i tried to do some form of revision but i think was a complete failure cos nothing stayed in my head... T.T

yesterday, started JK rehearsals again... which was fun as usual... gonna be performing at downtown east for children's day... and i learned a new chinese song which i totally forgot the title... but its rather nice. come october, after the exams, will be doing the high school 2 musical repertoire and i am so looking forward.

and tonight dont miss the sequel of high school musical... what time is it... its at 7.30pm, channel 33... XD

got to go... off to Nicole's house for some project work... last minute work again... well that's ME... bleah O.o ....


hey... i did yoga today at verena's house... whoah... i didnt realise... yoga needs a lot of concentration, good breathing technique and endurance cos you stay at that pose for at least 2 to 3 minutes... imagine 120 to 180 ticking seconds.... wait maybe i am exagerating but it sure feels damn bloody long. it looks easy... but then i realised i am not as flexible as i thought i was... plus my muscle was so tight, the stretching was awfully painful... but it does help my muscle pull...

i surfed the web for the poses i learnt today...

these are the plank pose.. needs loads of arm power and the down dog pose... woof woof!!

these are the tree pose which needs lots of concentration to stay balance and the trick is to fix yr eyes on something and just focus and the warrior pose.... when doing this, i feel like i am sliding down to the floor.

these are the cobra pose which needs arm power and the child pose which is rather relaxing

these are the spinal twist, one seated position and one lying down... my back goes crack crack crack here... lols

i especially love the end of the yoga session... where its the relaxation part... you get to close yr eyes and you just transport yrself to a lala land.... i think i actually kinda dose off at that point... >.<

whoah.... it was a totally new experience... i enjoyed it!!!

i made mum buy me as a treat for braving to extract 3 of my last milk teeth at one go. it was freaking painful especially when all the 3 molars are still intact but i thought i might as well get it over and done with. i am still feeling numb from the 7 jabs and feel like my whole face is swollen... braces scheduled in november.... its the holidays then so i can hibernate and not see anyone... T.T

shucks.... Eclipse came at such bad timing.....
now i have a constant distraction....my heart-stirring Edward Cullen.... O.o

Yesterday - 1st September was Kakak Ninie... my eldest cuzzie's wedding... it was a typical traditional wedding... and she looked so pretty.. beauteous...


It was a whole day affair... it was damn tiring plus damn hot cos i was in baju kurung... can you imagine that... but quite fun cos i got to catch up with all my cuzzies... its been a long time since we last get together cos everybody is busy with school and stuff... there was so much to talk about... and i got to know a lot of stuff too.... hush hush stuff... hahaha... like Luq likes someone from my class he sees in my friendster... *ahem ahem you know who you are* and kazi crushing a RG gal... hmmm.... the other stuff are under wraps... haha
